Directions

FROM BALTIMORE

To Camp Louise:

1. Take MD 140 W to Emmitsburg. 
2. Proceed .9 miles to the Emmit House. 
3. Bear right onto PA Route 16 and continue for 8.7 miles until you approach a service station on your left. 
4. Make left onto Fort Ritchie Access Road/Pennersville Road and continue for 1.6 miles. 
5. Turn right on PenMar Road and proceed .3 miles. 
6. Camp Louise is on your left.

To Camp Louise:

1. Take US 270 North (towards Frederick) to US 15. Take US 15 North (approximately 17 miles) to MD 550 (Thurmont/Sabillasville exit). 
2. Turn left on MD 550 North. Continue for approximately 10 miles. 
3. Follow winding mountain road through Sabillasville to Fort Ritchie. 
4. Turn right at traffic light (still MD 550 North). 
5. Turn left on Pen Mar Road. 
6. Continue up the hill for .3 miles.
7. Camp Louise is on the left.

FROM NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, DELAWARE, AND PENNSYLVANIA

To Camp Louise:

1. Take best route to Gettysburg, PA. 
2. Take US 15 South to MD 140 W to Emmitsburg.
3. Proceed .9 miles to the Emmit House.
4. Bear right onto PA Route 16 and continue for 8.7 miles until you approach a service station on your left.
5. Make left onto Fort Ritchie Access Road/Pennersville Road and continue for 1.6 miles.
6. Turn right on PenMar Road and proceed .3 miles. 
7. Camp Louise is on your left at the top of the hill.
